Q: I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes, you can use Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. To pay by credit card, you should use the PayPal interface, noting, that to pay by credit card via the PayPal you DON’T NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Q: My internet connection dropped. Can I continue my shopping?
A: Yes, absolutely. We save your cart for a week and notify you about it by email, where you can always find a link to continue your shopping.
Q: Can I use the method cash on delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not have this option. Our site is 100% safe and qualified by PayPal and Stripe, so you can use your card without any worries. You can also always request a refund in case something has gone wrong with your package.
Q: When will I be able to receive my order?
A: All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch. After dispatching it takes 10-15 business days for template paint and 15-20 business days for custom paint to be delivered. You will be able to track your order with a tracking number. Q: My discount hasn't been applied. What should I do to get it?
A: All promotion codes which are promised to you on our social networks or site should be 100% applicable. If you've noticed that something hasn't worked, please inform us and we will make sure that you've got what you've been promised.
